Aspiring (Frustrated) Commercial Developer
Hey how are you guys doing, Around this time last year I decided I want to pursue a career in Commercial Development. I have recently obtained my Maryland RE License, applied to countless Commercial brokerage firms as well as intern positions with some development companies.
I've realized this commercial business is really a who you know business, and right now I am just trying to find someone I can learn from.
Are there any commercial developers or even residential developers on here that could give me some advice, It would be greatly appreciated.
