New Flipper - To do, or not to do, the work on the house myself?

I have recently got myself into a deal (so I thought), though recently checking again, on top of the changing market and interest rates right now - ARV of this property is much lower than I had previously expected. I am currently about a month into the project, I am able to do a lot of the contractor work myself along with my dad. My estimated budget took into account contracting the work out to contractors, but with this market change, it's been slowly getting me worried with how this property will sell!!

I understand contracting the work out could help me get this property finished quicker and on the market sooner, though on the flip side - me doing the work myself may take a little longer, but I'll also save a great deal of money in the end.

I'd just like to get some thoughts about if I should still contract the work out to contractors, or should I get down and dirty on this property to save some costs since my ARV is lower than initially thought. Which would you do? Maybe there is another factor that I should be taking into account other than time and money?

At the end of the day, I'm still learning and even though times can get tough, I'll come out with more experience than I had before!
