Looking to connect!

What's up team! I'm brand new to real estate investing, however, I've been reading a number of books on the BRRRR process/ real estate along with obsessively listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts to gain as much knowledge as I can before jumping in on my first investment.

This September, my wife and I will be relocating from NJ to Phoenix, AZ where we’ll be looking to buy a small multifamily to house hack. I’d love to connect with people in the Phoenix area to learn more about the area and to hear about your experiences with Arizona real estate!

Welcome to the forums! I'm in Scottsdale, so I'm just east of the city of Phoenix.

Depending on what part of town you are comfortable being in and depending on your budget, you might have a hard time finding a multifamily deal out here right now. Even the small multifamily deals have a lot of competition and in the good parts of town people are paying $300k-$400k per door.

All that being said, I'm happy to help any way I can. Send a colleague request and stay in touch!
