Hello - We are looking to acquire a rental property in Aliquippa, PA 15001. It's 3 bed 1 bath. The number checked out. What I am curious is the potential of the area. Is there a local property manager that is familiar and currently handling the Aliquippa area? Or other who have more insight of the area?
