Looking For Some Guidance!!!

Hey everyone, My name is Zac Agurto and I am fairly new to the Real Estate world, but have a lot of heart and determination and a massive "WHY" to really make this happen!!! I have a team of 3 people, my wife, my best friend from middle school and me. We have all the software's to make this dream come true (Propstream, Batchleads, Deal Machine, BP etc.) and we are very committed to take control of our lives and providing for our families using Real Estate.  My team and I haven't completed our first deal yet, but we know its right around the corner and we will be on a role in no time, but we are really just looking for someone who wouldn't mind taking a very motivated team under there wing to work together to help us completed our first deal and possibly many more deals in the future. I'm not looking for anyone to do all the work for us that not us. We are VERY COMMITTED, we just need some guidance and coaching from people who done exactly what we are trying to do.
