Seller denied because of terms

Kharysma Bryant
Posted

hi every one my name is Kharysma ( like charisma) . I have a question so I sent my offer letter over to the seller and they were suppose to give me their decision yesterday but they ended up taking until the next day due to 4 offers . They made their decision and offered to someone else and said they didn’t want to do an an inspection and I would be responsible for the c of f which is why I was denied otherwise they would have offered to me . I’m wondering if the numbers work work should i push harder and subject to his terms ?bc this is a house I would want to start my portfolio . Or let it be and look else where

@Kharysma Bryant doesn't make any difference now because there is a signed contract. Go find the next one. I don't know what a c of f is?
