Duplex in Carthage NY

Good morning, I just closed on my first duplex here in NY yesterday. It is out in Carthage, right outside Fort Drum.

I am looking for recommendations for several services if you have any.

- An attorney to write a lease agreement

- Handyman/Contractor

- Any specific background check software you use here in NY

If you ever do any meet-ups I look forward to meeting all of you. Thank you in advance!
