Mobile Home Investing in Louisiana

I've been looking into mobile home investing as a start to get into real estate and recently purchase my first home. I'm currently in the rehab stage. Checking to see if there are any other investors, investor-friendly park owners, in the Baton Rouge, LA area that would like to connect.
