How to get funding in real estate investing?

I'm new to real estate just starting out gathering information on what to do on how to try being successful at doing so. My question how can I get funding in real estate investing without using all my funding that I have ? I'm a truck driver and I right off almost everything on my taxes so the income after right off is not enough for either conventional or FHA loan. I'm trying to get in my first primary or investment property but need the right resource to find funding to get me started. How can I do so?
