RV Park Investment, where do I start?

Hello, I'm new to the community and want to find out more about investing in RV parks. I've talked to a friend of mine who owns a single parking spot in the Orlando area and I'm looking to do the same. He bought his for about $4000. Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
