Off Market Best Practices
Hey all! I'd like to know what you've found to be best practice when approaching off market deals. My first step is to arrange a drive around with my biz partner to look in neighborhoods for potential properties. But once we've found some, what are your next steps? What are some components of letters/approach that have been most successful?
Thanks a bunch in advance!
