What’s up Bigger Pockets family, long time listener but just recently made the decision to get started into my real estate journey. 

A little background about myself is I am 28 years old and was born and raised in Houston, Tx. I currently work for the Houston Fire Department here as well. 

I’m looking to get into the Real Estate game and learn from others who have been through it. Not just learning but helping you grow your business and in return I will get the experience and knowledge needed to get the ball rolling. 

I have been constantly evaluating properties, running comps, learning marketing. With my job I am constantly speaking with citizens about properties and always on the look out for new properties. I definitely think I will be a valuable asset to a team.

Awesome! Love seeing fellow-First Responders investing. Somewhere here on BP there is a thread for First Responder investors—I’ll look to see if I can find it.

Also, there was a podcast guest a couple years back that has a Facebook page “First Responder Financial Freedom.”
