House Hacking In High Desert, CA
Hi Everyone,
I'm currently educating myself and getting ready to buy. Looking for a SFR in the high desert area since that's where I grew up. Also it is much more affordable than the OC, which is where I currently live.
My only concern is the supply of quality tenants in the HD. Is there a good amount of people looking to rent a room out there?
I've looked at facebook marketplace and various sites. It looks like there are amble rooms for rent. Does this indicate an over supply and not enough demand?
