HELOC Lender Recommendations/Stay Away Lenders

Hello,

I'm looking to get a HELOC on my primary. I've just started the research on what lenders are preferred for this but thought I'd post on here to ask those that have a current or past HELOC and recommendations on who to inquire/not recommend.
