Here to help young people - Gen Z (15 to 25 years old)

I see dozens of young people posting in the forums seeking advice and guidance, so I thought I would just throw up a post of my own. My name is Dan Sheeks and I live in Denver, CO. I've been a high school business teacher for a long time and love working with young people. My wife and I also invest in real estate.

I have two books published by Bigger Pockets that I wrote specifically for young people who are wanting to pursue early financial freedom and/or real estate investing. Over the last few years, I have worked with several young people helping them buy their first real estate deal, get starting investing, or narrow in on a specific pathway.
