Looking for feedback

Hello everyone, I am a real estate investor in training. I live in Philadelphia, PA but would invest anywhere.  I have a question, I recently discovered a company called Roofstock. Has anyone dealt with them and if so what was your experience. Should a rookie go this route straight out of the box? I appreciate any and all feedback.

I have not used it and would not recommend it. When someone charges 0.5% to do what professionals charge 2% for, do you really think you're getting the best service?

Read some books. Watch the podcasts. Engage in the forums to answer specific questions. Network with other investors in your area through investment groups. Find a quality REALTOR, Property Manager, and others through referrals. Don't give your money to a stranger sitting at a computer in India.
