Renting our home for the first time

Posted

Hello Guys, we are getting ready to rent our first house but would like to do it in the best way possible. I know we should rent using an LLC. We are moving to a new home, and we don't know the best move to perform our first rent. My question is, do I have to transfer the property to an LLC? Would this LLC have to pay us (we own the house 100%) interests? Because we are selling that property to the LLC, right? Any other strategy that I should be aware of? Advice or comments? It will be much appreciated! Thanks!
