Is BRRRR Best for Newbie and Question About LLC...

I have been reading/watching/listening to many BP mediums over the past 3 months and am really wanting to get started but realistically, I am so limited on what I can get into due to low capital.... I am married and have 3 small children which really keeps us from conveniently going the buy/move every year for low down payment on a primary residence and I have determined that BRRRR is probably my only option but in this market, there is such a "barrier to entry." I have had tough luck getting connected with a good team that is not discouraging in my area in Texas but I have not stopped looking. Also, am meeting with an attorney today to discuss setting up LLC. It is only the "consult" so I won't be setting up today but should I wait until I actually have a property before I set up? How would that work if I BRRRR? I was also told it is taking about a week to even get the paperwork back on LLC. Also we have all debt paid off and I can save about $800/month consistently ( I know it's basically nothing).

Thanks for any advice!
