Building an Investment Team

When starting out, I understand it's important to have a good team of professionals (such as CPA's and investor friendly agents) to help make your start a little bit easier. What are some other things I need to have on my team, especially with me being new to real estate as a whole, that would help me to avoid making newbie mistakes and aid in my learning throughout this process?
