Hello BP my name is Colton and I found BP after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. I started out by listening to Robert Kiyosakis podcast however something gravitated my focus to the Bigger Pockets podcast. I started from episode 1 now I'm on episode 44 in about a week and a half. I want to become a real estate investor and I have started my real estate journey by enrolling into school to get my agents license. I am from the Denver area and I am really excited to learn everything I can about the world of real estate! I really hope to be able to connect with everyone

Welcome! If I might make a suggestion....listen to the podcasts from most recent backwards, you'll get a much better sense of where the market is now. Your view will be distorted if your introduction is discussing the markets from 12 years ago.

Good luck!
