Hi, I'm Dan and am eager to start my Real Estate Journey. I've read the book "BRRRR" by David Greene and I am looking for a person I can shoot questions and Ideas off relating to BRRRR. I am curious about the unseen things that I need to be aware of before I start to BRRRR. Just hearing your personal stories and advice would mean the world to me!
