Advice on where to start

Hello,

can anyone point me in a direction ? 

I am want to invest in real estate for financial freedom but don’t know where to start. There are a lot of courses and it’s hard to know which one to go with. Alternatively, do I even need a course ? 

1) Ryan dossey- wholesale /lead generation: pricey. I’m wary of these type of courses because they spend a lot of money on ads/marketing so the cost is passed onto me. Usually course is not good but I can’t find negative reviews 

2) pace morby- sub to- people have steered me away from sub to due to the risk. Also his course is pricey 

any suggestions?
