I just submitted an offer on a duplex in Lehigh acres and was wondering if there are other investors in here or people in who invest in the Lehigh area that I could connect with? I am currently living in fort myers and looking to invest in multifamily in lee county area.

I am wondering how the multi-family in Lehigh Acres is going?  Like @Gopichand N. these new build duplex's look really interesting.  Looking at the area it seems like there are large number of rentals of similar size already available in the immediate surrounding area.  I'm concerned about a high vacancy rate and/or substantially lower than projected rent based on a saturated market.  That said Fort Meyers seems to having a large growth.

I'm up in Virginia with a duplex here, but I think I'll be moving to Florida in 2024.
