Reserves Budget Help!
Hi all,
This may be a silly question, but interested in thoughts from more experienced investors. If you have a goal to get to a certain amount in reserves per property, once you reach that goal, do you still budget for cap x and maintenance expenses in your numbers, or only if you need to dip into your reserves?
Thanks!
Alexis
