New to the game! Beginner interested in MF rentals

Hey everyone! I've just recently found BP and have been down the audiobook/podcast rabbit hole since! I have a desire to begin my adventure toward financial freedom with MF STRs. I'm not in a position in life to live in a rental or move but I look forward to continuing my research and reading everything I can on these forums to help get me to my first STR!
