College Student wanting to start investing

Eli Haverdink
Posted

I am a college student who is looking to invest in real estate in the near future. I live in a small town in Iowa and am looking to stay here. I have around 10k to invest. I heard some advice from Bigger Pockets and they said to get really good at finding deals before I start to invest my money. My question is, how do I know a deal is good or worth my time? What should I be looking for when searching for deal? What are some of my options when looking for a deal with the amount of money I have? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
