Getting started in Syndication with some partners

At the start of the year myself and a couple of partners began networking with goals to syndicate our first large multifamily deal this year. We have connected with several seasoned pros who are willing to KP with us, and we have a small list of interested investors, but no prospects to invest in yet. Just interested to hear from others who aren't connected with us what the next best move is. Growing our investor pool, or finding a property? Thanks!
