Hi BP Fam,

I just submitted my information needed in order to get pre-approved for a loan. Excited and nervous. Hoping everything works out.

I am looking for licensed Inspectors that wouldn't mind a little company - shadowing them while they inspect a property. I would love to see the process of inspecting a home and gaining some knowledge of what to look for.
