First Investment Property

Hey everyone I am new to the BP group but have been learning as much as I can about real estate investing over the past few years. I am looking to invest in my first property soon and was hoping for some advice. I have about 15,000 that I can put towards it and want to know what the best way to go about financing is? Would an FHA loan on a multifamily property be a smart move or is there a better way to go about it? Any other advice you have for a first time investor would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
