New investor in Louisiana

Hello everyone. New investor here looking to network with anyone in the Louisiana market. Looking for properties from Alexandria to New Orleans and everything in between. I haven’t made my first deal yet so any advice, guidance, contractors, and wholesalers are welcomed to comment.
