Using A VA Loan To House- Hack And BRRRR

Hello everyone whoever checking this out but I was just wondering if there were any Vets that has used their VA Loan to build wealth? There is also a VA Reno loan that I know that can be used now but only so many lenders know how to use it so not many lenders use them. I would like to purchase a small multi unit property and do a combination of a House-Hack and BRRRR. Anyone have any experience doing that?
