Any courses you suggest taking?
Are there any courses suggested to take? I am a super-newbie. I listen to podcasts, but I'm wondering if there is a class/are classes that I should consider taking to understand things more. I know there are some suggested books, but I am wondering about courses.
Thank you!

I think courses are a minefield for new investors. There are a lot of unscrupulous people out there who'll sell you an expensive course that teaches you nothing that you can't learn for free. Keep listening to a lot of podcasts and start attending local real estate networking events.
