refinancing home in a Living trust

Hello,

I'm a new member and 1`st time posting.  I have a home in CA, left to me in a living trust after my father passed.  I'm looking to refi and pull cash out.  Working w/ a loan agent now.  I'm the successor trustee and 1 of the beneficiaries, my 3 other siblings are beneficiaries as well.  is this as simple was pulling home out of the trust, refinancing in my name, pull the my portion of cash out, then putting the home back in the same trust? The purpose of the cash out is to remodel bath rooms and kitchen.  the home is 3bds/ 2 baths. Thank you
