Hello BP Family!! I can’t tell you how much I am great full for each one of you, the amount of  information I have received through this forum is incredible. I am in place where now I feel I am ready to  buy my 1st Rental Property,   I live in Seattle Washington and the market here is not pocket friendly as much as am concerned, am opting to invest in Florida because I lived there for 3yrs and I feel like most prices are close to my budget.  What’s y’al take on this? Any Advice is most welcome.
Thank you for your time!!

Welcome! I used to live in Seattle and now Central Florida. The market is hot here also but prices are lower than what you find in the pacific northwest. There is a bunch of competition but there are still opportunities. You will want to connect with an investor-focused realtor that can point you in the direction of where to find an opportunity and then help you get a PM in place. You can use the find an agent tool here on BP.
