General Contactor Recommendations Ravenna OH

Hello, I am looking at an off market property in Ravenna OH. I am looking at it for a potentially house hack, however it will need some floor joist repairs and LVP replacement. Does anyone have any recommendations for general contractors? If you have had to do similar repairs what was the cost and time it took to get completed. Thanks in advance!
