How soon can I buy my next property

Hi there. I just sold my home and am buying my first investment property. It's a lot with 4 tiny houses. I'm financing the property through an FHA loan and will live onsite. I have some extra money, from my home sale and was wondering how soon could I apply for a conventional loan to buy another property. I'm paying off about 80% of my debt and will have enough leftover to put 20% down on another property I'm interested in. I have 2 units rented on my 4plex and it will cover around two thirds of my mortgage. I have a W2 job, so I still have steady income.
