I am looking at a rental in Lynchburg, VA. Is the 24504 zip code a bad area? Looking to have a property management company manage the rental.

Hey @Account Closed, I invest pretty heavy in the Lynchburg area and am fairly familiar with the neighborhoods and streets around here. Feel free to hit me up if you have any questions about properties in the area. I may also be able to point you in the right direction as far as property managers go, as I've now had some experience with several of them and believe I have found some good ones.
