Inheriting Tenants When Out Of State

Hello,

I have a condo in DE that I will be renting out in a few months. I am moving to Florida and have put offers on many properties down there. On Friday 03/04/2022 my offer got accepted. There are tenants in the condo currently until May 2022. I won't move in until June 2022. Now that I have that out of the way I can ask my question. How does inheriting tenants work? Do I send them a 60 days notice to confirm the ending of the lease or does the owner? How is rent dealt with? Do I just have the tenants send me a check for rent? How do I deal with inspecting the unit when they leave? How do I know if they messed up the carpet or walls or if it was already like that? Legally do I need to worry about anything during the transfer of tenancy? I have so many questions. Thank you all for any help you can help me with.
