New England Multifamily
I notice that all the webinars and stories from people buying properties are these really nice ,newer (50 years old ish) homes. Here in the northeast everything is build in 1900 or earlier. stone foundations and the electrical has been redone to circuit breakers because the houses had old knob and tube\fuses. The plumbing is also just as old. Does anyone have any advice on what to look out for or maybe biggerpockets can do a deep dive into purchasing an older multifamily.
