Buying MF Property / House Hacking
Hello BP community. I'm new to Real Estate Investing and the BP forums.
I'd like to learn more about house hacking, specifically with buying multifamily properties. How do you find the most profitable deals in this market and is it still worth doing if you have to pay $500-1500 a month to house hack?
I'm also curious if anyone has any luck in investing in larger properties such as quadruplexes for additional rental income.
Thank you

@Drew Buslow house hacking is how I started. I would firmly recommend for anyone just starting out to go this route. Too many reasons to list here. So many benefits. The one thing about the Dallas/Fort Worth area though...not many 2-4 unit properties. You can certainly find some but single family homes are much more plentiful. You can certainly house hack just the rooms too. Hope all this helps!
