Short Term Rental Owner Contract

Does anyone have any input on the contract you would use with the property owner when starting short-term rental management?

I'm going to manage a short-term rental for my mother-in-law, and I can't find what I think is an appropriate contract. Are folks using "general" property management contracts and just changing terms? Example, tenant to a guest?

I appreciate the feedback.
