Hello BP team in the Hudson Valley, 
I am looking at a property that has not been lived in for 5 plus years. 3 Bed 2 bath in Wappingers NY. It is being listed for $329,000 (Zillow estimate $329,300) it needs to be rehabbed, the current owner ran out of $$. Looking at comps in the area it seems like the ARV is $330K- 350K. I estimate ~$50K in repairs (siding, kitchen, baths, floors). I am thinking of offering $180,000. At this time I am planning on holding to rent.
Am I off the mark?
