I'm ready to begin my investing with my first property as a duplex. Anyone that could help and give advice about multi-family investing in the Columbus, OH area (or anywhere honestly)? Would appreciate it.

My best advice is to get started asap and do not get slowed down by analysis paralysis. I started REI in Columbus, Ohio in 2017 and it has been great!
