Qualifying for a FHA work with a short amount of work experience

Hey BP, I've finally taken the first step to buying my first rental property and have gotten in touch with a few lenders. I have no debt and a good credit score the issue that's been coming up my lack of work experience, I've been with my current employer for 8 months and in the same field for a year now.(Job is also a W2 job) Due to covid my industry was hit hard and I could not find employment in 2020. I did not attend college for my profession but I did have to do a licensing program. I rather not sign with a co-signer so my question is not if I can work around this but rather how can I work around this? Thank you for your time BP fam!!
