Solid Reading Material Suggestions

I am getting into wholesaling and am looking for solid reading material. To my dismay many of the books that pop up when I search "wholesaling" are guru guides filled with pitches and puff up speeches. I read reviews of books before I make purchases but many with good reviews are still just guru books. I am looking for meaty material that will not only give me some ideas for tracking down leads on sellers and buyers, but also tips on legal matters (how should I represent myself to sellers, contract wording etc) and figures for appropriate offers (ie fair offers not equity stripping). I have found a few good reads, such as the one bigger pockets published, but that was after reading a bunch of other material that eventually gave a reference to this site and eventually to my finding this websites' book.

I am also interested in any books for starting out. I have read a good amount of material for starting but I am always willing to take advice. Thanks in advance for the help and time.
