Best strategy
Good evening BP faithful. I am new to real estate investing and have been approached with a deal. A wholesaler wants to assign a house to me for 20K that currently has a tenant. It needs some cosmetic repairs but otherwise is in good shape. I would like to retain the house along with the tenant (whom wants to stay post assignment) but I don't have 20K to purchase. Any thoughts as to how I can make this happen?
