I have 10k Starting off what can i do now to get started.

So i may not have a lot of funds but I'm highly motivated and ready to get my foot in the door. I'm currently living in new jersey but have connections to Boston and Milwaukee Wisconsin. I want to take action and work towards my goal of financial freedom! I am a military veteran and have not used my VA loan but I'm willing to take on the job when it comes to house hacking but I'm open to all ideas. So if anybody wants to possibly work together I'm all for it!
