Financing Multiple Deals at once

Hi there,

I am seeking some information about financing. I actually work for a mortgage company and have been in the mtg industry for over 15 yrs, my current focus in my w2 area of life is being a program manager for strategic projects for process improvements. I am interested in buying 3-5 rental properties this year and do have some money set aside to help me reach my goal, but would need financing for this many.  My company does offer a discount and would do traditional investor home purchases, but I am also interested in finding financing for 3-5 properties at once, but this is not my area of expertise, would this be considered more of a business loan? Any information is much appreciated, thanks
