Starting a Real Estate Company with 3 Partners

Hello,

My name is Nate L. and I'm new to Bigger Pockets, but have been researching real estate for a little while now.

My two brothers and I would like to start buying some rentals. We have always wanted to go into business in something with each other and like the idea of doing this together. I think the benefits of combining assets could be a bonus, as we don't have too much capital to work with to start! Our goal is to have a property under contract by August 2022.

My question is how should we structure it? We are thinking of starting a multi-member LLC. and buy RE under that. Any advice on what works best when investing with 3 equal partners? Looking for what works best for taxes and any other tips we on issues we might not be thinking of.

Thanks in advance!
