Assignment Fee- Check, debit or credit card for payments?

Posted

Is it necessary, or better to have the buyer to pay us (the wholesaler) with a check for the assignment fee?

We have our bank account set up where we can accept payments from PayPal, Square or send them an invoice through our bank account or web site or square. The buyer will be emailed a receipt and we won’t have to deal with paper-

Are there any drawbacks? I understand there may be a bank fee but I’m weary because of all the fake checks that are out there…

Thanks for any input-I know this is a beginning question-haha!
